A two year clinical trial has proven StandingTall to work
The long-term trial demonstrated that using StandingTall improved balance and quality of life after six months of use, while reducing falls and injuries from falls by 20% for two years amongst participants who undertook the prescribed exercise dose.
StandingTall is the only digital fall prevention programme whose effectiveness can be clinically proven.
Unprecedented adherence levels
People find StandingTall fun and engaging. During the trial, 85% of participants were still using the app to the prescribed levels after six months. At the end of the two year study, 52% were still seeing the benefits. Getting people to engage, largely unsupervised, with an exercise app for long periods is very difficult and these figures are unprecedented.
THERE IS NO SUBSTITUTE FOR SCIENTIFIC EVIDENCE
StandingTall has been designed to make a significant difference to ageing health. This means continuous scientific study and rigorous testing to ensure StandingTall continues to evolve.
